Nahar Olivia is a residential project developed by Nahar Group at powai in the heart of Mumbai. The project aims to offer a comfortable living condition to the residents by encompassing children’s Play Area, Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Amphitheatre and cycling & jogging Track, adding to its existing many facilities

Oliva is a Compact Luxury multi-storey single tower positioned in the most premium location. Oliva comprises of high-end 2 BHK apartments with a lifestyles that’s fulfilling in every aspect

Ollivia is beyond luxury as it incorporates better lifestyle, healthy environment better safety and upscale amenities foe every age. The project has one of the largest vechicle-free podim garden which is aunique and splendid feature.

Developing The Logo With Golden Ratio

The Ideation

The ideation process firstly involved in understanding the brand ideology and inferring the key identifying factors. We decided the keywords should be home, truth, heart of city and happiness. In developing their tagline, we researched with the team with keywords and phrases. We kapt coming back to the words ‘connect’, ‘heart’ and ‘all amenities.’ Those by themselves aren’t much of a tagline, So we played around with other words, and come up with this concept

The Final Flourishes

A logo becomes an integral component of your brand image. It should be memorable and compatible with both web and print. Choose alogo that’s capable of withstanding the test of time – incorporating current trends that are likely to disappear means you’ll be back to the drawing board for a re-design. Based on the brief from the client and the tagline we decided to create a globe like structure to signify that you may get all the amenities under one roof. We used thegold color as it stands for increased luxuriousness based on the main keywords suggested by the client.

Extending The System

Throughout this process , our design and development team worked closely with one another to ensure That the marketing collaterals flow is smooth, seamless and convey the exact message. The unique value only you can offer is the relationship between your goals and the way you help your clients. A secret to crafting your message is to focus on the graphical display of your brand. Design email templates that reinforce the brand. Emails are often overlooked from a graphic standpoint Design Banner ads that support your brand. Make sure the same dsigner does all your graphics for consistency.
